Not bragging, just sharing. My business owner gave me his personal, seldom used motorhome (2400 miles) at a company meeting for 40+ years of service. I was really taken aback. I have kept it serviced for him even though he never used it. Tires are only a year old with less than 100 miles on them. 3208 Turbo Cat W/5spd Allison tranny. Way too expensive and fancy for me, but he wouldn't take no for an answer.

Wow! A relative of a relative has one very much like this. It is luxurious, but it barely fits through toll booths. :o
You had a rare boss - one who actually appreciated your efforts. I still remember when my Dad retired after 40+ years of service: His boss gave him a watch that looked an awful lot like the boss's watch... and the boss was wearing a brand new one.

If a semi will fit, it will.
Don't I know it. After all the *** chewing's I have gotten over the years from him. He was always good to me though and I did the best I could for him. Still do, I got onto his son this morning.

That is a fine looking piece of machinery for sure. I would have loved to have had something like that on our last outing to Yellowstone. If we only we had more bosses around like yours!

the motor home is likely payment for keeping the young fellow in line.
just a possibility (one I have seen once or twice).... if dad is smart and rich he often knows son is spoiled and will not listen to good old dad. invariable however there is someone son does look up too and respects.
for some reason the picture reminds me of e.e. cummings poem 'on being brand new'.
