Bee Buzz

Just started a 1 gal batch of Bee Buzz(mead) yesterday. So I may have some questions for those of you who brew.
It is a straight mead, If I don't blow up something then I'll try a flavored one. wish me luck. Jim

If you used a good yeast , it is almost impossible to blow up.
