I noticed my bees are building comb in my hive today. Been feeding 1:1, seeing them bring in a lot of light yellow pollen.

I started feeding 1:1 sugar because, on inspecting the hive I found they had run out of honey stores. Lost one hive this winter, didn't want to lose the remaining one.

Actually live east of Statesville. I purchased two nucs last year. Just trying to learn bees. I had one die during the winter. I fed granulated sugar but gone anyway. the other is in a Tanzanian TBH....
