Home made Corn Dogs
1 cup Bisquick
2 tbsp. yellow cornmeal
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
Instructions
Mix well. Dip hot dogs on a stick into batter to coat. Fry 3 minutes in hot oil.I use sunflower oil.This batter covers about 1 pound of hot dogs.Blessed is he who can laugh at himself for he shall never cease to be amused.

That looks good, I love a good corn dog from the fair. I will be trying this one.
