snow on hive entrance
it doesnt snow here often,but i think the entrance should be clear right? check my pix and see if this is right,thanks folks

Hive entrance is open fine. It's good that you left the snow on top and around the sides. It's good insulation.
The larva in the other photo look like small hive beetle, not wax moth. Make or buy a couple of shb traps and start using them as soon as the temp. hits 60.“Listen to the mustn'ts, child.
