Honey from Germany question

My youngest son sent me some honey from Germany. This stuff looks liked creamed honey, but the label says it is Rapsflower blossom honey. Does anyone have any info on this? It tastes great and has a unique flavor.

Very good friend keeps bees in Germany and his honey crystallizes within a few days and he then whips it into creamed honey, so all they know in his region is creamed honey. He loved my clear honey....

is that rapeseed (aka canola seed)?

a very common variety of honey to use for creamed honey since it crystalizes very quickly.
