Lure in the bumble bees!
My wife has this plant that she calls "Lamb's Ear". I noticed this morning that it was swarming with about a dozen bumble bees! We have lots of bumble bees, but I had never seen so many concentrated on one plant before. It was cool.
But, also a word of warning... take a look at the thread under "Pests & Diseases" to see the possible link between this plant and SHB. I don't yet know if that link to SHB is good or bad...

Create nest sites if you want bumble bees. It can be as simple as a block of wood with 3/8 inch holes drilled deep into the blocks.

What does a bumble bee do exactly, apart from buzzing and pollenating?

3/8 " holes in wood blocks is for mason bees, not bumble bees.
It's 'tough love' for the bees here at Wayward Girl Apiary.
