Any beekeepers on the RCMP? How'd you like to have one step up to you while checking out your hives and give you a hand at that?
For that matter, maybe you could expand you activities as a mountie some day----if you should ever get tired of beekeeping.
Fat chance of that happening.

Read the link--it was posted before I joined the forum so I missed it.
I assume take it for granted that this visit was in your old home neighborhood. Have you made any new friends on the local force? Before you know it, you'll have Blueblood applying for a position up north.
