    Beekeepers, post your info here

This forum will be used to assist the public in finding a beekeeper to move bees that are in an undesirable location. Either swarms or established colonies. Each state will be listed as we have members from that state sign up. Clients will be able to go to their state and check the location of the nearest beek or beeks.

To be listed for swarm retrieval or colony removal, PM Iddee or myself your information, or post it here. We will then create a forum for your state and post your info to it, or add your info if your state has been listed.

    Info required:
City and state,or city and country, if not USA, phone number, whether you catch swarms only or will do removals.

Information not required, but nice to have:

    Counties, cities, or areas covered.
    Alternate phone number.
    Email address.
    Your website
If you are a licensed pest control and can remove other critters.
    List of other critters.
Anything else you think might be helpful.

New year is here, and the days are getting longer. Beekeepers need to update or add their info as needed.

Iddee, I'm almost tempted to "sign up" on this listing but I can't imagine anyone in Israel turning to the bee forum in the US (in English) to find an Israeli beek to remove a swarm here.
Truth is, I wish there was some sort of a local listing I could sign up on.
In the meantime, my grandson is going full steam ahead with swarm catching. He called earlier this evening to tell me that he had collected three today.
Not only is he gaining experience, he is starting to feel the exhileration and unique pleasure of working with swarms.

What if I called and asked you to remove a swarm up here in Nova Scotia?

3 swarms in one day, a chip off the grampablock I say!

Seeing as it's you, I wouldn't charge anything other than transportation. But don't tell anyone that I would be doing it for free--I might get too many invitations.

ef, I am on a number of listings here, but 90% of my calls come from exterminators. They don't want to kill honeybees and appreciate someone who will come pick them up free and they can bill the customer their regular fee.
I charge for cutouts, but not simple swarm catches. Why isn't your grandson here on the forum??

If I can't help out myself, I can direct to someone in the Fort Bend Beekeepers that can.
