I am a wildlife photographer so today I decided to take some shots of the girls. One of the things I set up for water was taking a galvanized bucket, some river rocks and filling it with water. Today I went around the yard, clipped some plants and flowers, placed them in the bucket and took a bunch of shots.

Very cool. I wish I was a better photographer....I have a buddy that works for Getty Images and flies all around the world for them. I hate him.

My dream is to work for nat geo or discovery but I doubt that will ever happen. I still love taking pictures just the same.

Excellent pictures. Maybe Nat Geo will call soon. You're already producing quality stuff.

I don't know what your situation is, but you shouldn't think you can't do that. My friend didn't even take photography classes in college or anything, and Getty sends him to do stuff for Discovery and NatGeo all the time....You can Google him up, "David S Holloway"...He doesn't take any better quality photos than you have on your site........

Those are fun, beautiful, creative, and well done. Dont sell yourself short.
    Dream big.

Not everyone would have thought to do that. The blue flower is a wonderful choice, a huge pop of color and complements the bee beautifully. Thanks for sharing.

See you on Discovery, or Nat Geo!!

P.s. #4 and 6 I found especially pleasing to the eye. I also love the little red flecks on the rocks.
I think you put together some very nice compositions and executed very very well, IMHO.

So that's how you get your girls to "pose"! Beautiful pictures.

Very nice! I like the straight on shot of #1. And, #7 actually captured her femininity....That bee actually looks like a girl!
