I have a local place, Larimer Electric, that I have gotten start caps from but if you don't have anyone local you could order one from grainger:

Grainger will have about anything you will need, if you don't have one local I would hit the yellow pages for an electric motor shop in your area if you need it today.

Ooh, I love McMaster-Carr. They have just about everything, and a catalog that is practically a cube, it is so thick.
