  2. I need some info on making some 2.5% hydronium solution(HO). its used on dogs for various skin conditions, a name brand that sells this is Banixx pet care, but a small bottle is $$$$$, so im wondering how hard it would be to make this stuff, its over the counter so no dangerous chemicals or...
  3. If using a Boardman feeder and a new colony of package bees, do you use an entrance reducer cut to size while the colony makes itself at home? Bees arrive late March, I live in North Florida, zone 8b, in a rural environment, and fruit plants/trees are already blooming.
  4. I live about 14 miles from that RR derailment in East Palestine that has been all over the news nationally. A few of the beekeepers from our club live just a few miles away from the scene. We just heard word that they lost over half of their bees so far because of it and they are worried about...

    I'm Alan from the Slocan Valley, which is in the West Kootenays (like my user name :rolleyes:) Joined because I obviously suck as a beekeeper. My one hive has not made it through winter. I need to find out if it was weather related, a condensation issue, a mistake I made or something I neglected...
