It won't let me in, and I don't want to register.
Sorry, I didn't realize the register thing.

This is from a guy in California:

We have a couple of in-ground yellow jacket nests down in the woods. None of the hardware store sprays would even touch them. I think they just got stronger.

So, I employed a technique my dad used back in the 80s. I set up the shop vac down there and propped up the end of the wand by the hole, and let it run all night.

This morning, I went down and checked it.



There were 3-4" of them in the canister! I bagged and weighed them, 7 pounds!

According to one reference, each yellowjacket weighs a gram. That would mean there are over 3,000 in the vac. However, I question that number. It seems to me that there are a lot more.

But, I'm not gonna count them.

Two things:
First, that is some amount of bees!
Second, I can't get a shop vac to run for 20 minutes without blowing up, how did that fella get one to run all night?
