This is probably a well-known tradition, but I just love putting a sizeable portion in the bottom of my coffee cup before I pour. I used to take it black, but this sweetness goes good with mellowing down the bitterness that some coffee's have.---A simple, but healthy habit to have, is what it is.

I sold some of my coffee tinted honey to a guy in California, and he agreed about the hint of coffee that is in it. I suspect age and goldenrod to be the reason for that taste. Anyway. he was happy with it. :)
