Anyone else have ETS?

I realize this is a long shot, but I was wondering if anyone else on the forum has an ETS system in their home (for heating)?
I have just had this system installed and am real curious about other's opinions on it.
It is an "Electric Thermal Storage" unit. I have one in my basement and one on the main floor. The idea is these units buy and store electric heat during off peak hours (half price) and then release the heat during peak hours. Even my hot water tank has been connected to the system. They disconnect from the supply during peak hours. In a pinch you can overide them if you really need to.
With a little adjustment to the daily routine you can supposedly realize big savings. The power companies are encouraging folks to go this route so they can avoid have to invest huge dollars in expanding their generating capacity and have folks switch their usage to off peak hours when there is power a wastin.
Off peak is 11pm to 7am Mon-Fri. and all weekends and holidays. (1/2 price power)

Around here, the peak is during the daytime in the summer (because of people air conditioning their homes), and at night in the winter (because of people heating their homes).
