great pic, we have those beautiful bumbles here as well.
First picture I ever saw of that bumble bee, all I have seen are the big yellow and black ones which we have many of here.

The two toned bumbled bees love the catmint in my yard as well. I have a bunch of it planted. I am concerned that the bumble bees visiting my yard are on a decline. I have only seen two at one time, thus far, this year.
We have lots of them here...all different kinds. I just love them. This one was huge!
