Just started a 1 gal batch of Bee Buzz(mead) yesterday. So I may have some questions for those of you who brew.
It is a straight mead, If I don't blow up something then I'll try a flavored one. wish me luck. Jim
P.S If it works I guess the ladies won't be the only thing buzzing in the backyard.

We have at least one very good brewer on the forum, so ask away. There is help here.

We can also sample any 1 gallon samples sent our way, for final determination. :yahoo:

If you used a good yeast , it is almost impossible to blow up.

It is worth buying the best book on the subject
