As idee says you will have to do a trap out, or you could do a cut out but that will entail busting some blocks out.

Just sitting a hive with combs of honey in it near the entrance will not bring them out, all they will do is rob the honey out of it for themselves and invite wax moths to destroy the comb.

You could trap them out now but would have to feed the dickins out of them to make it through you cold winters, not sure (since I am way furher south than you) but would say you will need 100 pounds of honey to make it through the winter.
