Africanized bees are hot, even in swarms, I've picked one up that cost me 14 stings that made it through. I slapped a queen excluder under the box on them when I got them home, so their dna didn't get loose in my apiary until I had time to requeen. I am awfully glad I did that. They were bad even to feed with a feed jar on top of their hive (no open hive or approach front to change or refill)
