We picked 5 gallon yesterday evening and canned 36 pints, froze a few, and will make blueberry pancake syrup with the rest tomorrow.

Other than what we filled our bellies with as we picked...... :D

Most of them turn into shriveled messes down this way.... not enough rain at the right time I reckon :dontknow: I'm gonna have to find a place to pick this year so we can still have our waffles and muffins and pancakes and smoothies this year.

Wait! Stop! Save at least 4 cups!

Refer to my dessert recipe post for Harriet Beppler's Mystery Chef Blueberry Pie. If you like blueberries, I guarantee, you will be glad you tried it!

Our blueberries were ready the end of June! I am going to plant 8 more bushes tomorrow. We only got 4-5 gall off our first 7 bushes but they are only 2 yrs old. Hope for more next year!
We make a bluebeary peach cobbler thats to die for!
