my bees have tore holes in the wax foundation and started building a comb of there own. One of which in coming down from the inner lid. Being a new bee keeper i dont know what to do about this. any suggestions!

Be sure all frames are in the box..IE: 8 in an 8 frame box, 10 in a ten frame box. Push them all together tightly, with the extra space split evenly on each side, no space between the frames at all.

Is it going to be okay or do I have to replace the foundations in those two frames.

I would remove the comb that isn't where it should be, but they will build over holes in the foundation.
