walking through this beautiful, wild area,

really beautiful country, just south of St. Augustine[attachment=4:gz38uvcf]Palmettogroves.JPG[/attachment:gz38uvcf]

looking at all the wilderness in around the campsites, this is the saltflats ( good fishing by the way. )

Then was around 2:30 in the afternoon heard this god-awful sounds approaching--sounded like the 5th Army on the march. And finally saw this, and about 20 of his friends---

Lovely pictures but something must be wrong with my eyes--where are they hiding?
Maybe if I heard them on the march I'd know where to look.

They were wild pigs, if you look for the black fur behind the palmetto leaves that's the pig

I'm willing to believe you, but I still can't see pigs--not wild, not tame, not black, not pink.
All I see is wild palmetto--and they look tame to me. :|

third pic from the bottom shows n the middle of the pic you can see the pig a bit clearer, being wild they tend not to pose for you lol

Wild pigs can be mean SOB's. I grew up west of Daytona. Seen a few. I make it down in Spring to visit my parents. Hoping one day to do some pig hunting! Oink, Oink!
