Can we Identify these Honey Bees?

    As I was noticing the difference in colors between a couple of Honey Bees on this shrub in our yard...


    Any guess’s where these Girls may be from?

    Seeing as how a queen mates with 15 to 20 drones, her offspring can be a myriad of colors. They may easily be from the same hive.

    True... I have noticed on more than one occasion the difference in colors from one hive.

    What I am looking for is where you think they could have originated from...

    The first picture is probably caucasian or carni. The gray is lighter than my carni's, and look much more like caucasian.

    The second picture could be a darker line italian or even a lighter russian strain. Certainly a hybrid of sorts.

    those look like regular bees to me
