Candy Boards

    I need a recipe for bee candy. Is it the same as fondant?

    I'm not sure? but when i hear someone say bee candy, i always think fondant. There are several different fondant recipes. Jack

    I bet they would like peanut brittle without the nuts. Is fondant made to stick to the under side of the board?

    Fondant is placed on top of the frames of the upper most box, i make a 3/4 or 1 in. shim to make room for it under the inner cover. The fondant i make forms a rather hard cake (not sticky), and i cut it in 4 to 6 in. squares. But of course that's just me. :mrgreen: Jack
