    Ok,

We have a hive that hes been going gang busters. They have totally filled one brood box and filling out the second. They have also almost filled a medium super. We are adding a second super tomorrow afternoon and I am going to steel a capped medium frame. And replace it with a empty frame. I just have to try taste this stuff.

    My question.
How do I go about getting the honey from this frame without an extractor. Just cut the comb
out a crush and strain it. I bought a 5 gallon bucket, big metal strainer and a paint straining net at
Walmart today. I was thinking of crushing the comb and dropping into the metal strainer and under
    that putting the paint strainer.

It was not a open frame, it has wax foundation in it. I'll take a few pictures.

I'm with Riverrat. I was given comb honey by a beek I went to visit last year. First time I ever had it. Honey is really good. But comb honey on biscuits? I'll take that every day of the week and twice on Sundays.
