My son and his two cousins went fishing yesterday. They range from 3 to 17 lbs. each. My wife is spending the day freezing the fillets.
    Total of 42 blues.

    mmm-mmm CATFISH!
summertime, catfish slathered in olive oil, and spices on the grill, or cajun style..... or slow /grilled smoked on the grill over a pan of water, beer, jack, or with some chips.
taters like dave, better yet, grilled sweet potato, and grilled, fresh cut wild asparagus! maybe a little homemade potato salad!
