Thursdays was warm and sunny. Went to your county 4-H extension office where one of the master gardeners has a couple hives. This was the first time I've been close to a hive. It was so cool watching them go in and out working their butts off! I was amazed how close (from the side) I was to the opening. I figured with dark clothes and smelling like steel and oil they would not like it so much. They couldn't care less I was there. Awesome!

lol so long as your not directly interfering with their flight paths, or otherwise making yourself a pest they are content to go about their business.

During spring build up or when a flow is on they don't have time for you, they are in the ZONE, just get out of the way they are women on a mission.
