With this being my second year I already have a list a mile long of people wanting my honey. That's good! Some nag me 3-4 times a week! I read that specifying a source of where the honey came from can sell your honey better. But, how do you pinpoint the source? I know how they do it for toupelo(SP?) but, small timer like me how? Last year I labeled it as wildflower. We had a nasty drought. Should have called it dust bowl honey.:wink: Where i have my hives that are producing there is a lot of clover on the 2 1/2 acre property. First red now white. Is it safe to call it clover honey?
