Worked the hives yesterday as the temp was in 60's, added pollen patties to three hives as the fourth has finally given up. I noticed far too much entrance activity, yep robbing.... So took it apart and added honey frames to other three . This was very weak going into winter and probably should have called it then.

What was interesting , was that end of season I was short of drawn frames so added an empty frame on outside of upper super, well yesterday it was half drawn , no foundation nothing, and I checked that back 2 weeks ago.

    Drawn comb in January ??

I noticed my bees are building comb in my hive today. Been feeding 1:1, seeing them bring in a lot of light yellow pollen.
