Cut out from wall

I have a bee hive in the wall of my house. It has been there 3 years. I would like to cut it out and save it if i can. I can remove the siding and get to the hive fairly easily (I think). I have a hive that is ready to go. I have been reading this and other places as much as i can. Any advice or help is appreciated. Vance
