Went to the farmers market today. On vacationing where I grew up. I bought tupelo and orange blossom honey. My mother bought what they called winter wildflower honey. Personally it was nasty. It was black and taste like sorghum or molasses. Doing some research all I can find is buckwheat honey but buckwheat doesn't grow in Florida. Anyone know?

I have read about honeydew honey. It's dark and has an acquired taste.
