Honey tastes great in all dressings. My favorite way to use it is over salads or honey mustard chicken. Five chicken thighs About 1 1/2 cup of raw honey About 1 1/2 cup of brown mustard (I don't measure as long as it tastes good) Onion powder Garlic powder Sea salt Preheat the oven to 360 degrees Dust the chicken thighs with sea salt, onion and garlic powder to taste. Drench the thighs in the honey mustard sauce and massage into every crevice just as you would a dry rub. Cook for a while? Once again, no allotted time. Just when it looks and tastes done-about 45 minutes.
