    I suspect that, from the point of view of that author, the world is tainted brown. No sense at all.

    Did you see the link for "killing bees 'naturally' "? I was seeing red by then. ;)

    one of the attached link suggest Borax would kill bees. anyone hear of that and does it actually work?

    Tec, borax and sugar is the best ant bait I have found. I would think it would kill bees, too.

    I use this for ants and it is quite effective. I place a wooden shingle on any I put on an ant colony so as to prevent bees from having access to it.

    I left a comment on the page. Ended it with call a local beekeeper.

    thanks for the response to my question Iddee and Perry.

    I have heard that pest control folks use air to push a white powder into hives (wall and cavities of trees and such) to kill them outright. I am now wonder if Borax is not the product they use?
