First melon!

    I've never tried growing melons before - growing season too short. But this year I tried some "Bizard Island" melons, an heirloom variety developed in Canada. Brought in my first melon today! It's not the best melon I've ever had, but it is darn tasty. A hearty thank you to the little gals that I know pollinated these. How many bee visits does it take to create that many seeds?!?
