Flo beehive
Was wondering if anyone has some input on this type of hive.

What type of hive are you referring to? I see your post but all it says if anyone has some input on this type of hive????? no pictures or description do I see.... maybe I'm missing a previous discussion....Was wondering if anyone has some input on this type of hive.
The Flo Hive sells for about $600 and was all the rage in advertising a few years ago. I'm not sure how popular they still are, with their refillable combs and bottle at the hive, it was out of my price range. Performance, as far as bees filling the artificial combs, I think it was mediocre.

I was going to go with a Flo hive when I first started. But saw a video of another Bee Keeper saying unless you pull the hive down to some degree how do you know if you have every bit of every frame capped, and what of the bees that are in the frames when you turn the key to extract honey, They would be crushed and therefore go into the honey you are extracting. Just my thoughts on it
