Now that sounds great, something to get the people involed in to set their lives in order, and bees is a way to go.

Plus it saves Florida tax payers $15000 per inmate per year when they stay out of the system.

That's great. Glad to see they are working with men and women. Even if they don't pursue beekeeping upon their release, I would think the exposure would instill a great respect for nature and the let them see beyond their own world.
