Three guys were sitting together braggin' and swaggerin' about how they had given their new wives duties.

The first guy had married a woman from Tennessee, and bragged that he had told his wife she was going to do all the dishes and housecleaning that needed done at their house. He said that it took a couple days but on the 3rd day he came home to a clean house and the dishes were all washed and put away.

The second guy had married a woman from Texas. He bragged that he had given his wife orders that she was to do all the cleaning, dishes, and the cooking. He told his buddies that the 1st day he didn't see any results, but the next day it was better. By the 3rd day, his house was clean, the dishes were done, and he had a huge dinner on the table.

The third guy had married a girl from Montana. He boasted that he told her that her duties were to keep the house cleaned, dishes washed, lawn mowed, laundry washed and hot meals on the table for every meal.

He said the 1st day he didn't see anything.
He said the 2nd day he didn't see anything..., but by the 3rd day most of the swelling had gone down and he could see a little out of his left eye enough to fix himself a bite to eat, load the dishwasher, and telephone a landscaper....

Got to love those girls from Montana......!

I don't know why, but that joke reminded me of this skit from Hee Haw.

    how about :

    gloom,despair,agony on me
    deep dark depression,excessive misery
if it weren't for bad luck i'd have no luck at all
    gloom,despair,agony on me

i think Hee Haw may have been the best t.v. show ever & you can still watch it every Sunday night on RFD TV

my brothers and i sing that song whenever we get together around a good hot fire and some beverages, makes for some good laughs and old times between us....i did teach my grandkids that song, and we giggled alot. they still ask me to sing it and join along, it's just too fun.

and BTW, i am a montana native!

this one is very cool....no pun intended
this photograph was taken by a [FONT=&amp]U.S. Forest Service fire behavior analyst from alaska named John McColgan on August 6, 2000, during the bitteroot fire near sula, montana. the photo is of two elk cows in the middle of the bitteroot river, and eventually this fire jumped the river. two of my brothers worked heavy equipment for the forest service during some of these historical fires:
