Today, the eggs started peeping.
Some have the first little cracks in them.
The kids are excited. (Ok, so am I... )

So how long does it take for these things to fully hatch?

Seems they chirp a few times, then get quiet again. The first holes started this morning, but not much happening now. Should they be out in a certain timeframe?

Thank you.

want take long, they poke a hole in the shell to get air, they may rest a while before continuing.

be sure to keep the humidity up, I would not open the incubator (lets out the moist air). You can take a spray bottle and mist them to bring humidity up, just use very warm water.

By now you should have several chick out and about.

Good luck

If they aren't out by morning, gently peel off pieces of shell until they are open. If the humidity is, or has been, too low, they can dry out and stick. They will die that way, as they don't have enough moisture to break away from the shell.
