I am a wanna bee:grin: beekeeper from southern Indiana. Attended the Audubon beekeeping school yesterday with my dad, daughter, and nephew brought home a lot of knowledge. I have 6 weeks before I pick my 2 nucs up from Walter Kelley. We are going to keep our girls on the family farm in Spencer county every thing is in place except we are waiting for it to dry out so we can put in 2 acres of danish clover.

Welcome Tim and family. to the forum family.
You've chosen the right way to go about beekeeping--a human family attending to a bee family. Success should be guaranteed.

There are alot of people in the tristate region that are into beekeeping. I went to the Audubon beekeeping school in Henderson last month are there was probably close to 200 in attendance, the Indiana school I think had around 750 there, I would have never thought there was that much interest in bee keeping in this area.
