I'm a 1st year beek with 1 lang 10 frame hive It's almost a strong hive with 2 deeps. I started out with 2 hives back in april but the other abscounded on me. Both packages. Anyway I have been reading over these beekeeping sites and you tube videos all summer. Glad I found this one. I'm real interested in trapouts. I have 2 trees with bees and have one hogan style trap on one of these. It's late in the season for a trapout but I'm trying to see if they will make me some drawn comb. I don't want to take a chance on taking resources from my only hive. If I keep going on I should post in swarms section! Anyway hello all!

Welcome to the forum. Its sad to see the bees you paid good money for fly away. But when you find free bees it makes up for it.

    Greetings Popeye :hi:
I wonder if anyone ever tried to make his/her hive stronger by feeding it spinach? :rolling:
Glad to have you join us. If you didn't learn it already, people on this forum, in addition to caring for bees, also enjoy laughing. Welcome
