    Howdy.
I became interested in bee keeping a few years ago when a wild swarm built a hive in one of my owl nest boxes. At the end of this summer
    the bees left the box.
I did lots of reading about hives and bees and the built a top bar hive. I'm looking forward to installing some bees this spring.

    Welcome to the forum.:hi:

You have made nice solid job of the TBH. I'm not a TBH man so all my knowledge of them is second hand.

There is a wealth of knowledge on this site so I'm sure you will get many helpful comments and suggestions.

Reading about beekeeping is a good start but there is a great range of practical points that the books don't cover.
