By raw, I assume what's meant is unheated. That's no problem. I never heat my extracted honey either---i filter it, let it sit for a few days to clarify, skim off the top and it goes into the bottle. Producing raw honey is no problem.
But, I have never had the guts to call my honey "organic" (even in years when my hives received no medicines) because I can't control where the bees will forage and I can't control what the farmers in the range of flight will apply to their fields. :chased: :dash1:
