Honey Extraction

    As a new beekeeper, I now know that I should not have extracted before the cells were capped. Here is the issues now. We don't like the taste of this honey, will it keep and could we use it to feed the bees in spring?

    Feed it back to them now, if it is too wet it will ferment.

    if the honey is bad tasting why wait til spring? why not put it right back on the hive where it will do some good this winter?
