Honey sleep remedy:
One tablespoon of honey with the evening meal every day,
Eventually by morning you’ll remember falling to sleep shortly after your head hits the pillow.

For some, if one tablespoon with each evening meal is not adequate.
Try this:
3 teaspoons apple cider vinegar,
1 cup raw honey
mix thoroughly.
Take 2 teaspoons of this mixture as you are preparing for bed.
Repeat 2 teaspoons, if you haven’t fallen asleep within an hour. Repeat 2 teaspoons of the mixture each hour until you fall asleep. Most folks are asleep after 4 teaspoons.
