I had to get a specialized rubber stamp made for my husband's seed library. I randomly found this place online: http://www.simonstamp.com/ It occurred to me as I was making the order that a rubber stamp for making honey bottle labels might be nifty, on a small scale, to give the labels an old-fashioned look. Would be too labor intensive for tons and tons, but I think I'm enamored of the idea now myself, and might try it. At any rate, the stamp from this place online was remarkably lower priced than any other online place I found to get a custom rubber stamp, they were prompt to reply to email questions and changes to the proof and the stamp arrived in just a few days after approval with very low cost shipping. It looks great and works great, it was text only though no graphic. So, I've only had the one experience, but based on just how happy I was with the experience, I'd recommend this place if you feel the urge for a custom rubber stamp. And I am seriously consider trying one out for my honey labels! They have nearly infinite sizing on the stamps, another thing most other places did not have and they sell the inkpads and so on. And according to the site, there are now self-inking stamps that can be more than one color. Nifty! If I do go that route, I'll be sure to share pictures.
