Honey super

    Ok, another question from a newbie. I put my honey super on about 3 weeks ago as my second deep super was at about 75% capacity. I am seeing bees on the honey super l, but they aren't drawing any comb. Today's inspection shows the second deep super completely full of honey and bees. Would pulling the queen excluder out help jump start the honey super?
