Installed my nuc on May 15, things looking very good, added second deep after three weeks, five of ten frames have drawn comb. My question is

Should I add a honey super or wait till second deep has more drawn comb?
    I live in Vermont.

Thank you for all responses, first year beekeeper.

IMO, 3/4 of frames should be fully involved. But, my guess is Vermont is in spring flow and will build fast, so even if you add a bit prematurely, all will be well. Rejoice: there is no bad decision.

I'd wait a little while. Monitor and add the super when almost all the frames are drawn.
