Anyone have clear or nearly clear honey in five gallon containers in or near NC? I am looking for 3 to 5 containers.

This may be a stupid question but wouldn't clear honey be sugar water that we feed to the bees??

It would be something like locust which gives a clear honey.

Of course, as you suggested...it could be that too!

I would like to get ahold of buckwheat honey, very dark, and strong flavored, and then some basswood/ linden honey to off set the strong buckwheat.
