Yes, I did, in fact one way!

I left this past Monday night late, 11:30 CST and got there a little after 2 ET in the evening Tuesday.

It was a real pleasure finally getting the chance to meet Wally and his family.

We shot the breeze and made some deer hunts together and I came back home with venison.

Iddee was a most gracious host, treated me like family.

He never sits still even for a minute folks.

Tuesday night I attended his bee club's annual Christmas party. It was a pot luck that brought 42 people.

    The food was dang good.

Wally is to be commended as this club originally had about five members and was a little stagnate in its growth to say the least.

He decided to take action and handed out fliers and got the word out about bee keeping and the club and it is still growing all thanks to his efforts and some good new members.

The thing that struck me most about Iddee, more than anything is his giving nature.

Thanks again Iddee, I had a ball.

I prefer honey on my biscuits :D and your honey, JP, is very good!

We drove to Idee's last week and had a very good time! We just love his family. They're good people.

Idee is who taught me how to keep bees and I don't think that there are enough good things to say about him and his wife. They are sweet as can "bee" :D

Yeah, I really miss Wally and his family. My trip wasn't nearly as long as I would have liked it to be. Next time I'll have to stay longer.

Sounds like y'all had a very good visit.

Did y'all get the chance to make a hunt?

Unfortunately, no. However, we did hunt just before you came up. All the boys sat in the cold for hours and then I brought 'em an 8 point to skin!
