Nope.. I will buy the ticket to light the roman candles though.

Actually this probally has me on some fbi cia watch list already as a potential bombing suspect. So I would like to state for the record I have no intention of blowing up federal buildings. Nor am I going to blow up any homes.

Ok now back to how much is my ticket?

The poor Rat should have realized someone would have to help make a crater. Nad well you were going to be suicidal and all by holding a grenade without a pin. Heck I am just trying to make the explosion pretty now. Roman candles. Maybe some. Sparklers too. Yeah I am going to set up a fireworks stand for the big event. Maybe sell some lemonade since I can't light off the Rat. :-(

Rat if you would, just do it down by the creek so we can have a new swimming hole, might even get a fish fry out of it.

Sounds as tho a lot of people here have never had to use a grenade for it's intended purpose.
It's not funny, or enjoyable, more like dam scared !

Murrell, i have in training,(the dummy type)but not in combat. They are heavier than people think and you can't throw one as far as they do in the movies.Sometimes we have to make light of things in order to accept them. Jack

Nope. You are absolutely right. I have never held one in my hand. But I have held roman candles. They are prettier anyway. (Said while running around the snack table and pulling chairs out behind her)

Have in training, both dummy and live, but never in combat. M-60 machine gun is the only thing I have fired in combat, and that was as door gunner on a Huey chopper.

While no one is paying attention to the area Charla sneaks in and plants some flowers. Perhaps a bee bee tree or two. Some lavender. A bunch of hops and catnip. There will be way to many bees around to have a grenade go off. Now it will just be a pretty fireworks show.

    Muhahahahahahahahaha

Sneaking out before she can get caught red handed.. or is it green thumbed?

Neither... I was a hitch hiker and the only seat they would give up was the m-60.
I had to fly from An'khe to Quin-yon [sp] about twice a month.

    Army July, 65...Dec. 70
    62 b&c
63 b&c, plus about 5 others, all maintenance

I was with the 1st. cav.
Looks like you were with the 101 st.
